Information

The second part of the workshop focuses on the recent developments in EU financial regulation, aiming to guide capital owners towards decisions that support policy goals like climate neutrality and inclusive societies through transparent information. It will cover key regulations such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Taxonomy, and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), along with a brief discussion on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The workshop will explore both current and future regulatory requirements, including the extension of reporting standards to smaller entities. Following our recent policy paper “Progress and Pitfalls: FEBEA’s view on the EU’s Sustainable Finance Framework”, the workshop will also address the points of regulatory improvement and implications relevant to FEBEA’s members within this legislative package.
